Using a blend of four flours, which are grown and milled in the UK one of which a neighbouring county. Our heritage grain has a moist open textured crumb. The slow overnight process enriches the dough’s sour character.
Organic stoneground white flour, organic stoneground wholemeal, organic rye, organic spelt, water and sea salt.
