Using a blend of four flours, which are grown and milled in the UK one of which a neighbouring county. our heritage grain has a moist open textured crumb. The addition of chia and golden flax seeds give added bite. The slow overnight process enriches the dough’s sour character.


Organic stoneground white flour, organic stoneground wholemeal, organic rye, organic spelt, chia seeds, golden flax seeds, water and sea salt.
