ALLERGENS & INGREDIENTS

Please be aware that all our sourdough is prepared in an environment where there are nuts and sesame seeds.

We are a plant based kitchen and therefore do not use any dairy products.

A full list of ingredients is listed under each of our products. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please speak to us before purchasing.

use your loaf.

We understand the importance of reducing food waste, which is not only a social or humanitarian concern – it’s an environmental one too!

Here at loaf we get creative with seasonal fruits and vegetables that might be up for grabs from your garden, hedgerow or a super kind green fingered neighbour – this is what Norfolk is brimming in, community spirt.

Real bread is delicious, wholesome, rich in nutrients and extremely versatile – it need not ever be wasted. A great anchor for sustainability!

Turn your last slice into a real treat.

  • 2 garden apples cored and sliced.
  • Gently melt and generous knob of butter in a pan arrange the apples and cook on a medium heat, after a few minutes turn the apples, sprinkle with coconut sugar and sweet cinnamon (vanilla is an optional pleasure) turn down the heat and allow the apples to soften to desired texture.
  • Lightly toast a slice of sourdough and tumble on the warm fruit. We have added some oat cream too, nice cream would also be delicious.

Enjoy!
